David Luis Back at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea has officialy resigned Brazilian Center back David Luis for £32m.
In his words:"I wasted two years at
PSG in Ligue 1. It's like playing FIFA
on the beginner level."

The Brazilian left Stamford Bridge for Ligue 1 in
2014, in a £50m deal which was a world record
fee for a defender.
However, with the Blues keen to bring in a
centre-back, they have reportedly concluded talks
with PSG for Luiz.
New manager, Antonio Conte, has failed with
bids for Alessio Romagnoli (AC Milan) and
Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli).
During his three-year stay in West London, Luiz
made 143 appearances for Chelsea in all
competitions and scored 12 goals.
