Demi Lovato's Glamour interview ( where Lovato
went on Twitter to clarify some remarks
interpreted as insults to Taylor Swift

that she will be stepping out of the limelight next

Whether she comes back, Lovato hasn't decided.
"It doesn't feel worth it anymore," she tweeted to
one user. "I'd rather do charity work tbh."
Lovato has always been very candid on social
media, calling out the issues with celebrity and
Internet culture (and sometimes adding fuel to
celebrity feuds ). Her Twitter rants and honesty
have gotten her both praise and criticism, along
with media attention.
Sometimes there's more shit going on than
you see. Maybe you DON'T know every aspect
of my life so maybe you shouldn't assume
you know.

In June, she quit Twitter and Instagram for 24
hours. When she returned, she promised to be
"more honest than ever."
Fuck this.. I'm back bitches. And I'm coming
back more honest than ever

Work-wise, Lovato just wrapped her Honda Civic
Tour for Confident with Nick Jonas. That album—
one she specifically made with the hopes of
winning a Grammy
—is eligible for the 2017 award show in February.
That, presumably, could be one of her final
appearances if she is to really take a break.
